Complaints and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please return the goods unused, if possible in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form.
